Contract Negotiation

We conduct a thorough analysis of existing contracts that the hospital client wants us to focus on to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. We can lead all contract discussions with the outsourced vendors on behalf of our hospital clients. Contract negotiations are usually wrapped up in three months, but can take up to 12 months in rare circumstances.

Service Line Transition (SLT)

Should the hospital client decide to terminate an outsourced services contract, we can lead the off-boarding activities with the exiting vendor while also working with the hospital’s new vendor or the hospital staff if the hospital decides to bring the program in-house. This off-boarding to on-boarding transition often takes between six and 12 months.

Request for Proposal (RFP)

Having your existing vendor and potential vendors submit an RFP for your service line management can be a good strategy to help ensure the hospital client is getting a good price for the service; however, managing the RFP process can be very time consuming. We can lead the RFP process for you, which typically requires around three months.
